To secure adopted publicly maintained highway
works constructed to the proper standards for the benefit of the
community.
For the Section 38 Agreement for Holmer West, Hereford, Phase 3 for
Bloor Homes to be signed and sealed by an authorised officer on
behalf of Herefordshire Council.
