Purpose

The resident had been using the land for car
parking previously but had been paying rent to Stonewater Homes, as
Stonewater incorrectly believed that they owned the land.
Stonewater have now refunded the resident and ended their
agreement.
It was proposed by HCC to the resident that they pay a licence fee
to HCC with backdated payments for previous years of use. This was
accepted.
