To approve the appointment of Tarmac Ltd to undertake carriageway surfacing and minor works at Felton Bend, Burley Gate, Hereford in order to deliver road safety improvement works at this location. In accordance with framework procedures, a direct award is proposed to Tarmac Ltd.
