Purpose

To accept the application for the Departures
From Standards, and the Exception to the recommendations of the
Stage 1 Road Safety Audit in relation to the redesign of the
highways within the Leominster HAZ Public Realm improvement
scheme.
The proposed departures/exception result in a net improvement for
pedestrians and vulnerable users over the existing
environment.
