Purpose

• The car park was gifted to the Council
for use by the primary school under a s.106 planning obligation
following new house building in the village.
• The s.104 agreement (The Water Industry Act) relating to the
adoption of sewers and associated infrastructure with Severn Trent
had not been completed at the time and remains outstanding.
• This decision relates to completion of the s. 104 agreement
which is necessary to enable the sewer to be adopted by Severn
Trent.
