Purpose

• Land and buildings at the Blackfriars
end of the football ground are not included in the lease to
Hereford FC although they have been granted a licence to use the
toilets and snack store;
• The Football club wishes to erect additional temporary
fencing and provide mobile welfare facilities in this area for the
benefit of away visitors for a number of potentially large fixtures
during the current season.
• This is a temporary licence whilst the club works on a
permanent solution.
