Purpose

1. The property is owned and managed by the
council as part of the Hereford Enterprise Zone, and is currently
occupied by the purchaser of serviced development land located in
the Enterprise Zone.
2. The proposed Tenancy at Will ensures the Tenant can continue to
trade from the current site, in the event its purchase of this site
and the additional Enterprise Zone land does not complete in
advance of the current lease termination date of 21st October
2023.
