Purpose

• An easement in two parts to enable
adjoining land in private ownership to be developed for housing
purposes:
A. The Mead Access Road – Deed of variation to divert
existing easement granted at Ross Fire Station
B. Ross Cycleway Land – Easement across Town & Country
Trail (public footpath) and connect/discharge into an existing
surface water course
