Purpose

• The freehold title is currently vested
in Herefordshire Council.

• The buildings belong to the Hereford Diocesan Board of
Finance.

• This is a voluntary controlled (VC) school and it is
required under s. 86 (1) of The Education Act 1944 as amended by
The Education Act 1946, to transfer the freehold building footplate
and developed hard play areas to the Hereford Diocesan Board of
Finance at nil consideration.
