Purpose

• Proposed refurbishment of existing
c.1965 buildings within the College Road Campus to provide
approximately 350m2 of teaching and learning space with an internal
courtyard and upgraded digital resources including hardware,
software and network capability. The proposal is to remodel some
interiors, and to alter some roofs and facades by adding new
Fenestration, insulation and new cladding.
• This will create an improved teaching and learning space and
tech facilities for the delivery of the curriculum.
• The consent is subject to all necessary consents, drawings
and complying with all H &S legislation.
• Planning and Listed Building consent granted (13 December
2022).
