Purpose

• The car park is owned by Herefordshire
Council and a request has been received from Nat West Bank to
enable them to deliver financial services to the local community
following closure of their own and other local bank branches.
• The council’s parking manager has been consulted and
is supportive of the grant of a licence on the basis that an annual
fee is payable and that provision is made for termination to ensure
the council can use and undertake maintenance to the car park as
required and terms have been agreed on this basis
