Purpose

The Purpose of the Funding is to support the
effective operation of
the Wye Nutrient Management Board. This includes staff costs
associated with driving forward proactive measures to develop
a
nutrient management plan to address the challenges associated
with phosphate levels in the affected Special Area of
Conservation
(SAC) river catchments, and funding to progress capacity
building
work.

As the Board is not a legal entity it requires a member to
accept
the grant on behalf of the Board.
