graffiti, making the area look run down
•Offered on Hereford council property page gave any interested
parties the opportunity for ask for information
•The Lease has been offered to the tenant that accepted the
draft heads of terms without amending
•Propsed use will be of future benefit and accessable to the
youth of Herefordshire
