Purpose

1. The tenant occupies the property under a
lease which expires on 31.08.2023 and is excluded from the security
of tenure provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
2. To protect the Council’s position whilst a review of
pre-school/nursery provision is carried out across the county it
has been agreed that the existing lease will be renewed for a
period of one year on the same terms and conditions as
existing.
