Purpose

•Wall Street is a private car park and
the property services issues annual licences to those who wish to
have an allocated space.
•Recent complaints that parking is being used by
shoppers
•Previous contract with CSPM expired in 2018
•Term of contract will be 12 months.
•CSPM parking enforcement option being used as interim measure
to allow time for permanent options to be explored.
•Vacant spaces will be marketed to increase income.
•CSPM will be issued with the car registration plates of those
that are licenced to park.
