Purpose

Application by J MART (Rai Fashions),
Widemarsh Street, Hereford for a licence to supply and expose for
supply, adult fireworks from a premises in Herefordshire in
accordance with The Fireworks Regulations 2004 & The Fireworks
Act 2003, along with any relevant guidance issued by the Health and
Safety Executive (HSE) for 1 year – Expiry 30th November
2023.
