To grant a Tenancy at Will for Unit 30, 5 Gomond Street, Maylord Orchards Centre, Hereford.
1. The unit is currently vacant.
2. We have been approached by a retailer wishing to run a Christmas Shop over the festive period.
3. The terms agreed are on an inclusive basis with the Rent covering for payment of the service charge, insurance and business rates. The Tenant will be responsible for paying utilities and leaving the property in acceptable condition.
