Decision to award a contract to Joedan Manufacturing (UK) Ltd and approve the expenditure of up to £85,136.54, to carry out windows and doors replacement at Southbank Care facility, Hereford, following the completion of a successful tender, evaluation and moderation process.

Approve the expenditure of up to £1,000 for internal and external professional fees.

Approve a contingency budget of up to £5,000 for any unforeseen costs that may arise.

Authority is delegated to the Capital Project Manager from the
Corporate Director of Economy and Environment to act as spend manager for the programmes. Responsibility for monitoring the remaining works to be carried out by the Capital Project Manager within the spend budget.
