Decision

Allow drawdown of cost below within the overall budget approved:
•£750,000 for Construction of Ross Enterprise Park Phase 1 plots and infrastructure to the Principal Contractor, Fitzgerald Contractors Ltd. to allow for unforeseen changes in project scope and programme i.e. ‘compensation events’.
•£255,000 for Consultancy and design services associated with extension of consultancy contracts with Rider Levett Bucknell, SMS Energy Services Ltd and ONE Creative Environments Ltd to 31 October 2026 and additional requirements
•£475,000 for statutory undertaker (utility) fees.
