Decision

An informal arrangement existed between
Aylestone School and the Sixth Form College, the arrangement
required regularisation to ensure that rights were not
inadvertently prescribed.

A new fence with access gate between the playing field and the
school had been installed so a formal agreement over use of the
gate needed agreeing.
