Decision

The Tenant holds a 125 year Academy lease and
all alterations require landlord’s consent.

The Tenant wishes to demolish an old toilet block and construct a
modern flexible building to house a ‘Skills Foundry’ a
dedicated Skills Centre, whilst also remodelling part of the
existing building.

The Tenant has been awarded funding from the Government’s
Towns Fund.

Planning consent has been granted for the development.
