Decision

A concession contract is in place with an EV
charging point provider to install and operate EV Charging points
at various Herefordshire Council owned locations.

Mill Street, Kington was identified in the concession contract as a
location for the EV charging points.

The charging point provider has requested to commence installation
of the charging points.

Additional power supply is needed for the operation of the EV
charging points and NGED are required to install these. A wayleave
is required by NGED to ensure that they have access to their
apparatus in the future.
