of the Junction of the B4214 & A438 near Ledbury Railway
Station for Bloor Homes to be signed and sealed by an authorised
officer on behalf of Herefordshire Council.

To secure adopted publicly maintained highway works constructed to
the proper standards for the benefit of the community.
