Decision

To appropriate land utilised to improve the
access into Porthouse Industrial Estate from Tenbury Road, Bromyard
(as shown coloured pink on the attached drawing) from private land
owned by Herefordshire Council to public adopted highway
land.

To recognise the works carried out to improve the access into
Porthouse Industrial Estate off Tenbury Road utilizing land under
the Property Services portfolio and remove confusion over the
status of the area of highway.
