The Widemarsh public convenience has been
closed for a number of years.

The toilet block has fallen into disrepair and attracts vandals and
graffiti, making the area look run down.

The block was offered on Herefordshire Council property page,
giving any interested parties the opportunity for ask for
information.

The Lease has been offered to the tenant that accepted the draft
heads of terms without amending.
