Decision
Considering no objections have been made as part of the Formal (Statutory) Consultation and Notice of Proposal stages, a new Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) be introduced under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to reduce the existing 40mph speed limit to a 30mph speed limit on the C1095 and introduce a 30mph speed limit at Danny Lee Walk, Hereford.
