A new Traffic Regulation Order be implemented
as proposed in the Notice of Proposal, the effect of which will be
to introduce 20mph & 30mph speed limits on the Various Roads in
the cross-border (England/Wales) towns of Hay-on-Wye &
Presteigne, Herefordshire
