Grounds Maintenance Contract Member Oversight Panel

The Grounds Maintenance Contract Member Oversight Panel provides strategic oversight of the council's grounds maintenance contract. It monitors the contractor's performance, with the contractor presenting to the panel twice a year. The panel is composed of the Portfolio Holder and one member from each political group. Once a year, the meeting is open to include input from towns, parishes, resident groups, and the wider public, enhancing community engagement in grounds maintenance.
