Hertsmere Shareholders and Investment Committee

An advisory Committee of the Council to secure the efficient and effective discharge of the Council’s functions as a shareholder and investor in all Council owned or controlled trading companies or any other trading company or holding company of a trading company in which the Council is a shareholder and/or an investor (‘the Companies’) and to make recommendations  thereon to the Executive or full Council thereon (as the case may be).
