The Standards Committee is responsible for upholding high ethical standards and integrity across Hertsmere Council and its local Town and Parish Councils. It achieves this by overseeing the Members' Code of Conduct to ensure councillors adhere to its requirements. The committee also reviews Hertsmere Council's Constitution to confirm it is functioning effectively.
