This report provides:

•         An analysis of the 2026 staff satisfaction and engagement survey results.

•         A comparison with results from 2025.

A set of recommended actions to inform future workforce planning and improvement initiatives.

That the Personnel Committee note the feedback from the Staff Satisfaction & Engagement Survey issued in May 2026 (Appendix A) and note the recommended actions.
