amend the Off-Street Parking Places Consolidation Order 2023
to:
 
Reflect tariff rises, introduction of season
tickets, introduction of overnight tariffs and extension of
charging hours, as listed in Appendix I and approved at Cabinet
Meeting on 25 September 2024.

Reasons for the decision

The Car Park Order needs to be updated to
reflect any operational changes to the car parks. If the Order is
not accurate then the car parks cannot be enforced lawfully.

Alternative options considered

There are no reasonable
alternatives if the Council want the car parks to be
enforced.
