RESOLVED
 
i)              
That the Discretionary Rate Relief Policy 2025/26 as contained in
Appendix A to this report; be approved, and

 
ii)             
To note that the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources has been
delegated authority by the Leader of the Council to determine
applications for discretionary rate relief.
 
REASON
 
Discretionary rate relief is operated by the
Council as an annual scheme and therefore requires an annual review
and approval.
