RESOLVED
 
That the Annual Plan 2025/26 (as contained in
Appendix A to this report) be approved.
 
REASON
 
The Annual Plan is an operational plan which
identifies projects to be undertaken during a financial year and
which gives effect to the themes contained in the Council Plan
2023- 2027 which constitutes the Council’s Policy
Framework.
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS
IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT
 
The Council must adopt the Annual Plan 2025/26
to replace the Annual Plan 2024/25 to ensure its operational plans
are up to date and, therefore, the option of not producing one was
discounted.
