Purpose

To enter into an Agreement with the Community
Led Housing Hub at Action in Rural Sussex to work with Horsham Town
and Parish Councils to bring forward Community Land Trusts,
community-led and rural housing.

Content

Agree to enter into Agreement with Action in
Rural Sussex (AiRS) commencing 1 April 2025 to deliver
Community-Led and rural housing services across the district. This
involves working with town and parish councils, community groups
and the Council to enable and deliver Community Led Housing,
Community Land Trusts and rural affordable housing.
