Purpose

Saxon Weald has approached the Council
requesting funding of £57,126.43 to assist in retrofitting a
large 3-bed property to enable it to be retained in stock, and be
allocated to a family on the Council’s Housing
Register.

Section 106 receipts to secure the retrofitting of 45 Coombe Road,
Steyning, for the property to remain as affordable
housing.
