RESOLVED
 
i)              
To approve the modified table of fares set out in Appendix A to
this report;

 
ii)             
To agree that the modified table of fares will be effective from 11
June 2025.
 
 
REASONS
 
i)              
To take account of objections received during the consultation
period; and

 
ii)             
To ensure that the table of fares comes into effect within the
period specified in the relevant legislation.
 
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS
IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT
 
Not to modify the revised table of fares
agreed by Cabinet at its meeting on 19 March 2025. This has been
rejected because of the objections received.
