To approve the award of the contract for Email
Gateway Cloud Services over the PS (KCS) Software and Associated
Services Framework for the fixed 3-year contract term.
 
To delegate authority to the Director of
Resources in consultation with the Head of Legal & Democratic
Services to finalise the terms and conditions of and enter into the
required contract with the supplier on the terms contained in the
exempt appendix.
