RESOLVED
 
i)              
That the summary of consultation responses set out in Appendix A to
this report are considered; and

 
ii)             
The redesignation of the Horsham Blueprint Business Neighbourhood
Forum as the neighbourhood forum for the area identified in
Appendix D to this report, be approved for a period of five
years.
 
REASON
 
i)              
To meet the regulatory requirements to ensure the Horsham Blueprint
Business Neighbourhood Forum can continue to work on the Horsham
Blueprint Neighbourhood Plan.
 
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS CONSIDERED BUT REJECTED AS
IDENTIFIED IN THE REPORT
 
The alternative course of action would be for
Cabinet to refuse redesignation of the HBBNF. This has been
rejected as it is considered that the requirements for
redesignation (as set out in section 7 of the report) have been
met.
