RESOLVED
 
i)              
That a call-off from Lot 6: Hybrid Mail, Digital and
Transformational of the Crown Commercial Service RM6280 Framework
(‘the Framework’) for a print and despatch contract for
the Council’s Revenues and Benefits service be approved;

 
ii)             
That authority to the Director of Resources, in consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources be delegated, to
approve the award of a contract (‘the contract’) for a
term of three years, extendable by one year, to a suitable supplier
on the Framework; and
 
iii)            
That authority to the Director of Resources, in consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Finance and Resources and the Head of Legal
and Democratic Services be delegated, to (i) finalise the terms and
conditions of the contract, including the contract sums, and (ii)
to approve the entering into of the contract.
 
REASON
 
i)              
To ensure that the procurement methodology is compliant, and the
print and despatch service is continuous.
