To vary a contract to:
(a)
reduce the number of licences for the corporate Uniform system
(Planning) to 32;
(b)
reduce the number of licences for the dedicated Building Control
Uniform system to 0; and
(c)
remove certain Building Control products.
This will take effect as of 1st
April 2026, after giving 90 days’ notice.
Reasons for the decision
This is due to the reduced
number of staff that need to access the system.
Alternative options considered
