To approve the award of a contract for
Mobile Voice, Data Services and Hardware (‘the
contract’) via a Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for
a term of two years (with the option to extend for a further term
of two years) to the supplier identified and at the cost outlined
in the exempt appendix.
 
To delegate authority to the Director of
Resources, in consultation with the Head of Legal and Democratic
Services, to finalise the terms and conditions of, and to approving
the entering into of, the contract.
 
To delegate authority to the Director of
Resources to exercise the option to extend the contract for a
further term of up to two years.
 

Reasons for the decision

The current contract for Mobile Voice,
Data Services and Hardware is due to expire at the beginning
of April 2026.
