To approve the Anti-Social Behaviour
Policy.

Reasons for the decision

The Council has an anti-social behaviour
policy which is in line with the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and
Policing Act 2014 and statutory guidance as well as the
Council’s responsibilities as a statutory partner of the
Community Safety Partnership which falls under the Crime and
Disorder Act 1998.  The policy has been
revised to reflect current procedures and streamlined to ensure
that only relevant information is included.
