To
approve the award of a contract to the supplier (as detailed in the
Appendix and on the terms contained in that appendix) for
(i) the provision of digital polling
software and equipment in polling stations, and, (ii)the management the issuing of ballot papers
and other administrative tasks (“the
Contract”).
To
delegate authority to the Returning Officer, in consultation with
the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to finalise the terms and
conditions of and enter into the Contract.
