RESOLVED
 
(i)            
To approve and adopt the Animal Welfare Policy contained in the
appendix to this report; and

 
(ii)           
To delegate authority to the Director of Communities in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environmental Health,
Recycling and Waste to make changes to this policy provided that
any such changes do not undermine the object of the policy.
 
REASON
 
 i)         To deliver the
annual plan objective.
