RESOLVED  
 
It agrees the “High Weald National
Landscape (AONB Management Plan 2024 – 2029” is adopted
as the formal management plan for the area of the High Weald
National Landscape located within Horsham District.
 
REASON
 
This recommendation is considered necessary as
local authorities with land in a National Landscape are legally
required under the Countryside Rights of Way Act 2000 to prepare
and publish an AONB management plan.
