To approve the principle of charging fees for BNG monitoring and
reporting on the basis of full cost recovery.

 
RECOMMENDED TO
COUNCIL
 
i)              
To approve the charging structure for monitoring fees associated
with off-site or on-site BNG.
 
REASON
 
To ensure that the cost of monitoring BNG
agreements in the District fully covers the costs incurred by the
Council over the relevant time period.
