RESOLVED
 
i)             
To endorse the productivity plan before it is submitted to the
Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

 
ii)            
To approve the transfer of £135,434 from the General Fund
reserve to the earmarked transformation reserve.
 
iii)          
To delegate to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader
and Cabinet Member for Finance, the authority to use the
transformation fund as appropriate.
 
REASON
 
i)             
To ensure the Council complies with DLUHC‘s request to produce “Productivity
Plans”.

 
ii)            
To top up the earmarked transformation reserve for projects that
will help transform the Council in the future.
 
iii)          
To ensure that appropriate authority is in place with regard to the expenditure of the Transformation
Fund.
