To
approve the award of a contract to the supplier (as detailed in the
Appendix and on the terms contained in that appendix) for the
provision of a committee management system.
 
To delegate authority to the
Director of Resources, in consultation with the Head of Legal and
Democratic Services to finalise the terms and conditions of and
enter into the Contract.
