To approve the award of the
contract to Company 4 (as detailed in the exempt appendix and on
the terms contained in that appendix) to provide Christmas
Decorations for Horsham Town Centre.
 
To delegate authority to the
Director of Resources in consultation with the Head of Legal and
Democratic Services to finalise the terms and conditions of and
enter into the contract.
